Client Name hereby accepts to engage Artist Name to provide professional makeup services for their wedding on Date of Wedding. Artist Name agrees to perform these services in a professional and timely manner, using high-quality products suitable for bridal makeup.

The total fee for the bridal makeup here service is Amount which is split into two payments. The client agrees to pay the full amount as stated above.

Artist Name will arrive at the Location at Time on the Day of Wedding. The artist will bring all necessary equipment and supplies for the makeup application.

The bridal makeup service includes {a trial run|application of foundation, eyeshadow, mascara, eyeliner, blush, lips , hair styling, and false eyelashes. The artist will work with the client to create a look that is elegant and appropriate for the wedding.

The contract can be terminated by either party with notice given a month prior to the scheduled date of the service. If the contract is terminated by the client, the full amount due will still be payable to Artist Name.
